Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Nemtrid Identity platform, websites and related services (the "Service") provided by Nemtrid Labs, a company registered in Canada. By accessing the Service or entering into an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of your organization.

2. Use of the service

Nemtrid Identity is provided to help your organization discover, understand and secure non-human identities across your infrastructure. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any documentation and order we provide.

• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Service.
• You are responsible for the identities, credentials and environments you connect.
• You will not use the Service to access systems you are not authorized to assess.

3. Accounts & access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your accounts. Access to sensitive remediation actions remains under the control of your designated administrators. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Customer data

Nemtrid processes metadata about machine identities, permissions, relationships and activity in order to provide the Service. You retain all rights to your data. We process it solely to deliver and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

5. Availability & support

We aim to provide a reliable, continuously updated Service. Availability commitments, if any, are described in your order or applicable service-level agreement. Support offerings are described on our Support page.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nemtrid Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nemtrid Identity provides visibility, context and recommendations; decisions to modify access or remediate remain the responsibility of your organization.

7. Term & termination

These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your subscription. Either party may terminate in accordance with the applicable order. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
